After yesterday weights, my body aches today. Couldn't do much today but still concentrate on my quad & hamstring. Wondering if the quad has grown stronger or not... I need massage badly...
It's only tuesday & I'm mentally dead at work. Really missed my rehab days... where the time spent so fast at SSC...
I missed my ACL friends too...
Will be joining Open Team for training on tuesday & thursday. Kate said I can join them in skills training... Good or bad? Anyway there's no harm training with them... Just bear me for few days... I'll be back on track...
