Never expected to wait for the train for 12 minutes & ended up being late for training.
Chin had planned an "endurance circuit" for us.
1. Carry the 20kg bag on both sides of the shoulder & do 10 squats. After both sides were done, carry the bag & do 10 shoulder press.
2. Push the van for a distance.
3. Pull the slat with 50kg weights for a distance.
And we got to do 4 sets of that. Obviously I used a lot on my left quads as I couldn't feel any aching on the right quads.
It rained 15 to 20 mins later after the training ended.
Next saturday will be another session... And the hardest part is, we have to go for spin class in the afternoon.
