As usual, I will hit the gym 1st before going down training. Jo did the session with me while the rest trained with Kate. I was panting like mad again... poor stamina... but my movements were quicker than before I got my ACL. Perhaps it must those extra kilos that I shed... When you are lighter, you can run faster & quicker.
Joined the shooters in the end. I was so blurred that I didn't know what should I do. Fumbling with the ball after Vane passed to me. I was nervous!!!
It was so shiok to wear the ankle braces again after so long.
Quite irritated by the guy who always sit at a side watching us train. It was damn irritating... Can he just leave?
