Due to the tiredness I had for the past few days, I couldn't wake up in time for rehab but went for my sessions with Kate. Training at TPY sports hall is very much different than at Kallang. I didn't feel so much impact on knees when training at sports hall.
Seems like I'm looking good when doing the programs.
Today is the start for 5 Nations... I'll be there to support my Sisters!!! Beat the Canadians!!!
