Went to check my leg today... Wondering what's wrong with it. Knee joint became stiff every moment... The worst is when I'm trying to get up after sitting for too long, the knee joint will be super stiff. Well... I guess I didn't stretch as much as I needed to. No choice... Got to rush down for 5 Nations after weights. Anyway, this isn't an excuse.
I managed to push myself to do 110kg for the single leg press. Should be able to do heavier but...I'm too conservative about it.
Being national player isn't that easy. You got to sacrifice a lot of time. Especially in my situation now, I have to train every single day, includes sat & sun, so that I can make it for the Worlds.
