Out from netball

After the MRI scan & explanation from Dr Cormac, it's confirmed that my ACL is completely torn. Couldn't accept the fact that ACL is torn... Well... I'm out of NSL season, out of New Zealand trip, out of a lot of games... What I need to do is rehap & surgery (I think). Sigh~~~

That means I got plenty of time to do things now...
Jia you... hopefully I can come back strongly before World Champs...

~I'm injured~

My right knee is injured during the last quarter of the game & now I can't really straightened my leg, can't walk properly either. Well the scenario is like this...

I'm running into the circle with the ang moh GD by my side & don't know why her knee hit against my inner right knee, causing my right knee to bend in an acute angle, & I fell lying on the floor. Now I grouped her as "危险人物" in my list. Sigh~~ should have protected myself against this bulldozer... but... I'll still love her no matter what as I love bulldozers.

Got to see handsome doc again but this time round with Kate & Eunice around to know about my results. If it's bad, I won't be able to travel to New Zealand. *cry* "I want to get out of Singapore!"

Vipers vs Sharks

I couldn't sit still on the bench during the 1st quarter & did calves stretching. For the 1st few minutes, the game is so close. Luckily Vipers managed to pull the score away & I managed to "phew"...

Heng ah... Vipers won the game. Today is a rainy day & I'm quite bo liao to buy a Giordano umbrella @ $6.00.

Vicki Wilson (born 11 February 1965) is an Australian netballer, renowned as the world's leading goal shooter. She became captain of the Australian Netball team in 1996, captaining the Australian team in the 1998 Commonwealth Games. She is currently the coach of the Queensland Firebirds.

Wilson became captain of the Australian netball team in 1996, while on the comeback trail from a knee injury sustained at the 1995 World championships. In 1998 she led the Australian team to the first ever netball gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, and in 1999 she retired on a winning note, after leading Australia to a one-point win in the world championship final.

Wilson was a part of the Australian netball team for fifteen years, where her sublime shooting abilities saw her revered as the best netballer in the world.

In 2000, a portrait of her was hung in the Archibald Prize by painter Nic Fern.
