Confidence building up slowly

Had a 15 mins session yesterday with Kate & Pearline before hitting off in the gym. Did pivoting & lunging to receive the ball & shoot. The feeling was.... GREAT!!!

Felt like I'm a newcomer learning how to play netball when I was doing pivoting slowly... but... who cares...

My rehab program is kinda weird in a way... Learn how to do pitter patter before jogging... Learn pivoting before jumping... Hmmm...
