♣ Increasing weights again ♣

Muscle mass gaining = weight gaining (I don't want!!!)

Congrats to me... Increased the weights for my program yesterday...

Single leg press - 145Kg
Seated Hamstring Curls - 70Kg

Thinking whether I'll hit 200Kg for my single leg press.

Today having fitness test... *headache*
